At Keenfootwearm, we want to make getting your favorite KEEN® shoes as easy and affordable as possible—which is why we offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, no minimum purchase required. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, order tracking, and special considerations to help you know exactly when to expect your package.

1. Shipping Coverage & Methods

We ship to every country across the globe, using trusted carriers to ensure your KEEN® shoes arrive safely and on time. Our standard shipping methods are tailored to your location:
  • Domestic Orders (U.S. Only): We partner with USPS, UPS, or FedEx for standard shipping. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent needs, expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at an additional cost—you can select this option during checkout.
  • International Orders: We work with global carriers like DHL, FedEx International, or local postal services (e.g., Royal Mail for the UK, Canada Post for Canada) to deliver your order. International shipping times vary by destination: typically 7–14 business days for major cities in Europe, Asia, and Australia, and up to 21 business days for remote or less accessible regions. Please note that international shipping does not include expedited options at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to verify your details, prepare your KEEN® shoes, and package them securely. Our processing timeline is as follows:
  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place them. This includes checking inventory (all KEEN® styles on our site are in stock unless marked “Backorder”), confirming payment, and preparing your package for shipment.
  • Backordered items: If a KEEN® style you ordered is on backorder (clearly marked on the product page), we’ll email you with the estimated restock date (usually 5–10 business days). Once the item is back in stock, we’ll process and ship your order immediately—still with free shipping. You can cancel a backordered order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Here’s how to use it:
  • Click the tracking link in your email to check the real-time status of your package, including when it leaves our warehouse, arrives at regional hubs, and is out for delivery.
  • For domestic orders: Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of shipping. If you don’t see updates after 48 hours, check your spam folder to ensure you received the tracking email, or contact us at [email protected] with your order number—we’ll help locate your package.
  • For international orders: Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update after shipping, as packages often clear customs before tracking details appear. If your package is stuck in customs, the carrier will contact you directly with instructions (e.g., providing additional documentation) to resolve the delay.

4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees—these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient (they are imposed by your country’s customs authorities, not Keenfootwearm).
  • We cannot predict the exact amount of duties or taxes you may owe, as rates vary by country and order value. For details, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.
  • If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs fees or failed to provide required documentation, we will issue a refund for the cost of the KEEN® shoes minus a 15% restocking fee (to cover return shipping and processing).

5. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

While we ship globally, there are a few rare exceptions and restrictions to be aware of:
  • Restricted Countries: We cannot ship to countries where international trade regulations or local laws prohibit the import of footwear (e.g., certain sanctioned regions). If you attempt to place an order to a restricted country, we’ll notify you via email and cancel the order for a full refund.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO boxes (domestic only) and APO/FPO addresses (for U.S. military personnel) using USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may be 1–2 business days longer than standard domestic shipping, as they require additional processing by postal services.
  • Weather or Carrier Delays: Occasionally, factors like severe weather (e.g., hurricanes, snowstorms), carrier disruptions, or customs delays may extend delivery times. These are beyond our control, but we’ll monitor your order closely and update you via email if we anticipate a significant delay.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, or if tracking shows it’s delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:
  • Domestic Orders: First, check with your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) for delivery notes—sometimes packages are left with a neighbor, at a local pickup location, or marked as delivered by mistake. If the carrier can’t locate it, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll initiate a missing package claim with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send you a replacement order for free or issue a full refund (your choice).
  • International Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the international carrier to trace the package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—note that international claim processes can take 2–4 weeks, so we appreciate your patience.
